New Internal Security Forces Graduates Honored in Latakia

The Internal Security command in Latakia province held a graduation ceremony on Saturday for the 69th class of its personnel. A total of 531 recruits successfully completed the program, each receiving the rank of guard. This graduation is part of an ongoing initiative aimed at strengthening security personnel and enhancing their professional and physical capabilities.

Abdul Karim al-Ali, head of the training and rehabilitation staff in Latakia, explained that the recruits underwent a comprehensive 60-day training program. The curriculum included a range of essential military and police sciences designed to prepare the graduates for field duties in maintaining law and order. According to the training staff, the program was executed with precision to ensure that all graduates are equipped to meet the requirements of their security roles.

For their part, the graduates expressed enthusiasm about beginning their field assignments. Kamal Hassan Janblat, one of the newly graduated members, noted that the intensive training significantly refined his physical and professional skills, preparing him to serve citizens and maintain public security. Another graduate, Ibrahim Kamal Ali, expressed pride in joining the Internal Security Forces, stating his readiness to contribute to the service of the country and the protection of the community.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the families of the graduates, who expressed pride in their relatives joining the security institution. The families, who traveled from various regions including the countryside of Homs and Latakia, described the event as the start of a new phase of national responsibility for their sons in securing the stability of the country.

This graduation is part of a series of rehabilitation courses organized by the Syrian Ministry of Interior across various provinces. Two days prior, the Ministry celebrated the graduation of the 60th class of Internal Security personnel in Tartus, which included 705 graduates. These efforts are part of a broader plan aimed at providing the Internal Security Forces with new, highly qualified personnel to strengthen stability throughout Syrian territories.
