Ghadir Al-Khudari and Islam Eid are among those involved in providing first aid and managing emergency cases, ranging from simple exhaustion to situations requiring specialized medical attention. Al-Khudari emphasizes that the presence of female paramedics provides greater privacy for women when explaining their health conditions, which enhances the quality of the humanitarian services provided.
Islam Eid expressed her pride in this role, encouraging other Syrian women to hold fast to their ambitions and strive for self-actualization in all professional fields. She considers the engagement of women in these sectors to be a valuable addition to both society and the labor market.
