Quneitra Health Directorate Launches Child Vaccination Campaign

The Quneitra Health Directorate has announced the launch of a new vaccination campaign for children in the Al-Suwayseh region. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the national immunization program and expand access to health services for residents in rural areas.
This measure reflects the commitment of relevant authorities to ensuring that essential healthcare reaches all children, particularly in regions that require targeted focus to support public health and disease prevention. The campaign is specifically designed to reach children who have completed their first year of life, ensuring they receive the required doses as outlined in the national vaccination schedule. By completing these vaccinations, the initiative aims to increase community immunity and protect the population against communicable diseases.
Through this campaign, the Health Directorate seeks to intensify its fieldwork within the Al-Suwayseh area. Authorities are working to facilitate access for families, making the necessary vaccines available to their children through designated primary healthcare centers and medical points within the region.
This vaccination drive is part of a series of periodic activities conducted by the Syrian Ministry of Health and its provincial directorates. These ongoing initiatives are intended to maintain the health of children across various Syrian regions and ensure the continuity of preventive programs, which remain a fundamental pillar of the national healthcare system.
