Stable Temperatures and Moderate Summer Weather Forecast for Syria

Stable summer weather is expected to persist across most regions of Syria through the end of the week, according to the National Center for Meteorology. As of Wednesday, temperatures are trending slightly upward, reaching levels approximately 1 to 3 degrees Celsius above their annual averages.

Meteorological data indicates that daytime conditions will remain generally clear, characterized by typical summer weather that ranges from normal to relatively hot. However, the eastern regions and the Al-Jazeera area are expected to experience hazy conditions.

Nighttime temperatures will be mild, tending toward cool, particularly in mountainous regions and higher elevations. Increased humidity in western areas may lead to light fog, potentially affecting parts of the southern and coastal regions. Wind patterns are generally westerly to southwesterly, ranging from light to moderate. Notably, winds are expected to strengthen during the afternoon in the central and southwestern regions, with gusts potentially exceeding 45 km/h. Maritime conditions remain calm, with light wave heights reported at sea.
