Internal Security Forces Rescue Kidnapped Girl in Aleppo Countryside

The Internal Security Forces in Aleppo Governorate have successfully ended a kidnapping case involving a young girl in the town of Qabtan al-Jabal, located in the province’s countryside. The rescue followed a large-scale security operation characterized by intensified investigations and a heightened security presence throughout the area.

According to an official statement issued by the Internal Security command, the girl was located in good health. She was promptly reunited with her family immediately following the conclusion of field operations. The security forces noted that the successful identification of the circumstances surrounding the incident and the discovery of the location where the girl was being held were the results of diligent follow-up work and intensive search operations. These efforts culminated in the arrest of the individual implicated in the kidnapping.

The operation took place following a period of security alert in the region yesterday evening. Units from the Internal Security Forces were deployed to the towns of Qabtan al-Jabal and Nubl as part of the authorities’ commitment to strengthening security and stability, and to tighten pressure on perpetrators to ensure the safety of citizens.

Internal Security leadership confirmed that interrogations with the detained suspect have already commenced to determine all the circumstances and motives behind the crime.
